非公式のアプリです
本アプリは、気象庁が発表する緊急地震速報と震度の情報を、第三者（WolfxおよびP2P地震情報）の配信を通じて受信・表示するアプリです。気象庁、Wolfx、P2P地震情報とは関係がなく、これらが提供・保証するものではありません。
情報が遅れる・届かない場合があります
インターネット回線、電源、PCの状態、配信元の障害などにより、情報が遅れる、表示されない、または正しく表示されない場合があります。
震度はすべて気象庁の発表値です
本アプリが独自に揺れを予測することはありません。緊急地震速報で気象庁があなたの地域に発表した予測震度と、監視地点に最も近い観測点で気象庁が観測した震度を表示します。実際にいる場所の揺れは、観測点との距離や地盤、建物の状況などによって異なる場合があります。
保証と責任の範囲
本アプリは現状のまま無償で提供され、正確性・完全性・有用性について保証しません。本アプリを利用したこと、または利用できなかったことにより生じた損害について、開発者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
ベータ版について
本アプリはベータ版であり、予告なく変更される場合があります。

An unofficial app
The app receives and displays JMA's Earthquake Early Warnings and intensity reports through feeds run by third parties (Wolfx and P2P地震情報). It is not affiliated with, provided by, or endorsed by JMA, Wolfx, or P2P地震情報.
Information can be delayed or missed
Problems with your internet connection, power, PC, or the data provider can delay information, stop it from appearing, or cause it to display incorrectly.
All Shindo values come from JMA
The app does not forecast shaking itself. It shows the forecast JMA issues for your area in an early warning, and the Shindo JMA measured at the station nearest your monitored location. Shaking at your exact spot can differ, depending on your distance from the station, ground conditions, your building, and other factors.
No warranty
The app is provided free of charge and as is, without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for any damage resulting from using, or being unable to use, the app.

The app is in beta and may change without notice.
